It's the first time that I've shopped with Maplin online and they didn't disappoint. I used to use their high street stores regularly, so I knew they sold quality protects. The online experience was great, quick, easy and intuitive and fast efficient delivery.
Maplins continues to be a great combination of good value and excellent service. Product arrived ahead of estimated time and is one of their own brand bits of kit (multi port USB hub) which is well made good value and does what I need it to do.

The replacement charger had obviously not been checked to ensure the C port worked.

Item ordered 10 days ago. Apparently still in transit waiting for tracking update.
I didn't get the order. It went to an old address. I hadn't used Maplin before so not sure how they had my old address. I only use the current address. I went to the old address to collect it from the new owner. What if it was at the other end of the country? Maplins were unhelpful and just said the delivery went to where was on the order. They were not interested in helping me whatsoever.
From ordering to delivery very happy with the service received from Maplins. I will definitely shop from Maplins again in the future
Found what I needed on the website. It came in the post and everything was fine. Good value for money too when there's less quality for the same thing in other places.
