Unfortunately the cable was faulty, and returned for a refund. I may have been unlucky. I hope they will test other cables in the batch. ( i would)

Improvement Points: I wanted to connect two computers, but after buying the cable I found out that this requires a "bridging cable", not the straight cable reviewed here which is actually useless. My fault perhaps, but I think the product info should cover this (and offer a bridging cable alternative product). Hard to see what useful purpose this cable could have.
