This ergonomic desk has fully adjustable legs with 360 degree rotation, allowing you to adjust the position according to your setup and then fold the stand flat when moving around. The mouse pad can be mounted on either side of the desk.

Good value for the price £13 but no instructions

Good value for the price £13.99 Very light weight so you need to get the angles of the legs just right in order to take the weight of the laptop without fear of it toppling. No instructions at all with the item, which would have made it easier to adjust the legs and attach the external mouse pad. It takes a wee bit of trial and error to get the angle of the legs right & to figure out how to attach the mouse pad, but if I managed it then most people should too.

I use this to help convert my desk to a standing desk and have put a walking treadmill underneath the desk so I can exercise while I'm at work (from home). It is sturdy enough to hold my Mac, and sturdy enough to hold a bit of my weight on the mouse pad attachment. It takes a while to get the angles right to make it sturdy and symmetrical but once that's in position it's all good to go! I don't think this would be that suitable on a non flat / soft surface and the surface area of the legs are quite small and flimsy but on a desk it works great. It has lots of adjustments for height and angles etc you can customise it however you want.
